Description

These Basil Lime Yogurt Popsicles are a healthy, fun summer treat. Only five ingredients and easy to make, these pops are refreshing, tart, and naturally sweetened.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk (about 1 can)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 2 small limes
  • 9 Dorot basil cubes (3 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until fully incorporated. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until completely set, about 5 hours.
