Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups of spinach, packed
  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Make sure that the banana you’re using is frozen and that the coconut water is ice cold.

Notes

Add in 1/4 avocado for additional creaminess.
