Pomegranate Lemon Cream Cheese Avocado Toast

  • 4 slices Nature’s Own Bread
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 medium avocados
  • ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Pink sea salt

BLT Avocado Toast

  • 4 slices Nature’s Own Bread
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled
  • ¼ cup julienned fresh basil leaves
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Sriracha Lime Avocado Toast

  • 4 slices Nature’s Own Bread
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Pinch ground cumin
  • Thinly sliced radish
  • ¼ cup toasted pepitas
  • Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Pomegranate Lemon Cream Cheese Avocado Toast

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix using a handheld mixer until combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Slice and fan the avocado on top. Top with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with pink sea salt.

BLT Avocado Toast

  1. Toast the bread and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of the avocado oil mayo.
  2. Top each bread slice with ½ an avocado, then mash.
  3. Top with a handful of arugula and half of a sliced tomato. Finish with crumbled bacon, chopped basil, and a poached egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Sriracha Lime Avocado Toast

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice, most of the zest (reserving some for garnish), olive oil, most of the cilantro (reserving some for garnish), cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the toast with the avocado mixture, and then top with the radish, pepitas, and a heavy drizzle of Sriracha.
