Chai Spiced Energy Bites are naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and packed with fiber and protein for a delicious, healthy on-the-go snack! 


  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (use agave for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Chai Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • pinch of sea salt

For the Coconut Sugar Coating (Optional):

  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the energy bites together in a bowl. Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated.
  2. Chill the mixture in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until you can easily roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll into balls, and coat in the Cinnamon Coconut Sugar, if using.
  4. Store the energy bites in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
