How to Use Bone Broth Protein
I discuss the benefits of bone broth on the blog and use it all of the time in savory recipes, soups, and stews.
But there’s a new way to reap the benefits of bone broth, and it’s easier than ever. Bone broth protein powder is loaded with protein and can be conveniently used in smoothies, shakes, your favorite recipes, or even just mixed with hot or cold water.
Health Benefits of bone broth powder

- Helps to promote muscle growth and recovery after exercise
- Great, easy way to add protein to your diet
- TIP: Look for a quality brand with pure ingredients such as Naked
I love Naked Bone Broth Protein Powder, which contains only one ingredient and is truly “naked.” It’s made from 100% European beef bones and undergoes a chemical-free processing that retains maximum nutrients and helps with absorption. Two scoops of this bone broth powder adds 20g of protein to your favorite soups, stews, smoothies, or water (it makes a nice, simple sipping broth!).
