Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 12 teaspoons Chia seeds
