On the blog today I’m encouraging you to #FindYourLine and go on a spring adventure (with wine!). This post is sponsored by Line 39 Wine but all opinions are (as always) my own. Message for 21+.
The snow here in Spokane has finally (almost) melted.
I don’t think we’ve seen grass since December. But now it’s slowly starting to peek out. The sun is still out at 5pm (very happy about this) and the weather is beginning to warm.
Seems like as good a time as any for an adventure. Wanna join?
Today I’m going to be exploring the Pacific Northwest and talking about my favorite hikes and trails in the beautiful Spokane, Washington. All with one of my favorite wines in tow!
I love the PNW. Its beauty never stops amazing and inspiring me. Although I still love Portland, I really adore Spokane, which I’ve called my home for almost the past two years.
I’m within a few hours’ drive of all of my favorite places: Portland, Seattle, Bend, Coeur d’Alene, Montana, national parks galore. If you appreciate nature, I feel there’s no better place to be than the PNW.
Spokane itself is a wonderful city, albeit (in my opinion) entirely underrated. It has gorgeous parks, the cutest Craftsman houses, a thriving arts scene, incredible food. And it has some great hikes.
I love to hike. Once the weather warms up, I can lace up my sneakers and spend an entire day hiking with my husband and Corgi.
We pack dog treats, water, maybe a little picnic, and off we go.
The quieter the hike, the better. Doesn’t it feel nice to disconnect sometimes and find yourself completely alone in nature?
One of my favorite hikes is more of a really long trail. It takes you over bridges, across the Spokane Falls, and through quiet, tree-lined trails. It ends with bringing you on the outskirts of downtown. Here, you can get cozy with a picnic at Riverfront Park and relax.
I like to bring wine on the trail and end it with either having a little picnic or bringing it to my favorite BYOB restaurant with an outdoor patio. It’s especially pretty at sunset, to unwind as the sky dims and turns hues of scarlet and fiery orange. To sit back with a glass and people watch.
My favorite wine to do this with? Line 39 Wine. I love this wine for several reasons (affordability, complexity, flavor notes), but I especially love their branding and story. Line 39 encourages adventuring. Their wines pair perfectly with your next adventure—whether that’s on a hike, out in nature, or in your living room.
It’s my go-to for bringing wine to a picnic or outdoor event. The Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, cool, and refreshing with flavor notes of citrus. It pairs particularly lovely with grilled chicken and fresh greens. The Cabernet Sauvignon possesses a richer body, laced with fruity notes of blackberry and plum with a peppery, vanilla backdrop.
Plus, Line 39 is an incredible value—this wine has consistently won Best Buy ratings for over-delivering on quality vs. price.
What adventure are you looking forward to bringing a Line 39 wine on next?

There is nothing better than going on a Spring adventure (with wine!) Sounds like an absolute blast and you have yourself an adorable furry friend to enjoy your adventures with.
I would love to try this wine. We are in charge of bringing wine to Easter supper, so I may have to keep my eye out for this one when I go to the liquor store!
I have got to visit Spokane some day. I hear so many great things about this place.
I’m looking forward to a lot of hiking this spring and summer. Packing a picnic would make it even more perfect. And good wine only adds to it.
You dog is so cute – I just want to give them a hug! I can’t believe Spring seems to be finally here! It’s lovely to see.
Your dog is so cute and adorable. Hiking is good when the weather warms up! Great post.
I also like taking hikes once the weather warms up. Spring brings pretty flowers to look at too.
